Han Xianhong
Prof. HAN Xianhong received his doctoral degree in Dalian University of Technology (Dalian, China) in 2007, he performed as a visiting scholar in Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (Zurich, Switzerland) in 2010, and Northwestern University (Evanston, USA) in 2015. At present, he works as a full professor and Deputy Director of the Institute of Forming Technology & Equipment, SJTU.
Prof. Han has been mainly engaged in metal forming technologies, including hot stamping technology for high-strength steel, buckling forming for metal bellows, and related numerical simulation methods. He has received the funding from National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Key R&D Program, domestic and oversea enterprises, and he also participated in several national-level research projects.
Prof. Han has obtained academic achievements and industrial applications in the field of sheet metal forming including fundamental theory, process design, numerical simulation and so on, he has published more than 60 academic papers, and been authorized several national invention patents. He has won the title of “Shanghai Pujiang Talent Program” of Shanghai government (2017), "SMC Excellent Young Faculty Award" of SJTU (2011), and "Excellent Class Teacher" of SJTU (2018), etc.
